Although the quality appears good, this level is not suitable for some SUVs such as the Yukon or Tahoe. The vehicle has a secondary lift that doesn't allow the top step to get close enough, leaving a large gap for your pet to climb over. (See photo). Also, this product has a strap that adjusts to limit the size of the tread opening, which is a nice feature, but it's about 6 inches too small to allow full stretch. The package contains a bag of screws, a wrench and plastic parts, but no instructions for use (delivered fully assembled). Unfortunately I have to return it because it doesn't fit my car.
