Our stove top went out so I bought the single burner thinking it would be a simple solution. It felt cheap when I took it out of the box, so I guess that's on me. 2 weeks past the return date and only on the 7th or 8th use, this thing almost burned our apt down. We were cooking chicken and started to hear a LOUD pop. we unplugged everything and it was smoking, from where the knob mechanism is. We put it outside for the night cause that was terrifying. The bottom is all bubbled from melting. Save yourself the heart attack and just dont even come into contact with one of these garbage things.
