Buyer beware of collars

This is my first time trying this brand and I feel like I threw my money in the bin. Don't be me, watch it now or just don't do it at all. Seriously, I have over $200 to shell out for another one, and I have too much integrity to try to sell this to anyone. times and get multiple stimulus levels. Without changing the dial, sometimes I feel it, sometimes I really feel it, and sometimes I don't feel it at all. No effect on the dog: My dog does not have short hair, but neither does it have long hair. He doesn't feel it consistently and mostly not at all. No Level Lock: The dial goes through 127 levels in one rotation, so as you can imagine, it's very delicate. Because this device doesn't have a lock, it won't stay where you set it. Set it to 20, walk a few minutes, look down and it's now at 30. Not a quick hit: Units I've used in the past had a one button way to add a higher level stimulus give. So if you set it to 10, there's a button that jumps to 15. Handy when the dog sees a squirrel and 10 doesn't fit anymore. There is no such function in this block.
