it was bad, im so careful to use but you have to pull it full force because you need to press the grip and it will straightened up the cord that makes it hard to pull and touches to the bowl the damaged it! so frustrating! they should cover the item with rubber or plastic if it touches the porcelain toilet it will not scratch.
