Review on ☕ Cuisinart SS-10P1 Premium Single-Serve Coffee Maker, 72 Oz, Silver by Hayden Hart

I did a lot of research before buying this coffee maker to find the right features. Love the features but the coffee maker is a real disappointment. The day I received the first I set it up as instructed and when I ran through the first water it rumbled so loud my meter vibrated. It calmed down a little after the first cup of coffee, but it was still bad enough that I wrapped it up and sent it back. They replaced me and refunded my money. There was an error. Got a replacement that still vibrates but not as badly. It brewed the coffee really well and worked fine until about 2 1/2 months later and he said it needed to be descaled. It seemed a bit soon since we have soft water and are using filtered water, but I followed the procedure during which the infamous EEO code appeared. I ended up calling the service center. They will send a replacement in 7-10 days and I have to deal with sending the old pot back which is just stupid. I can't imagine them fixing and reselling this junk, but at any cost. I can't help but think that they are being rolled out like hot cakes in China and they know about marriage in a way and are still selling them. I just wish I could find a decent single serve coffee maker that lasted. I'm tired of paying big bucks for this stuff. Now I'm stuck in an endless loop of shipping Cuisinart coffee makers every 2-3 months until I give up and buy another piece of chinese junk. I'm really not impressed with the lack of quality of the 2 Cuisinart coffee machines. Companies should be ashamed They used to have good products. My advice to the reader of this review is to stay away from this product. UPDATE: Received a replacement less than 2 months ago. The new one now also displays the EEO code. I will now officially NEVER buy any other Cuisinart product. Now it makes 3 dead SS-10 coffee makers in 5 months!
