Great System For Tracking Your Shippers

ShipSight's system is really good. I like how it integrates with the tracking apps - so I can easily see where my shipments are when they leave my office. Nothing, it works great! So far we haven't had any issues using ShipSights. We have been using ShipSights since 2015 and there are no complaints on their site or in email that we've received, nor have clients asked us if we're seeing improvements in our operations. Their support team is very responsive and helpful. The only thing I think could be improved would be maybe having more storage options (aside from 'All Accounts') and being able to differentiate between the storage and tracking levels of accounts. Shipping has gotten easier through ShipSights, as we don't need to constantly track the locations of the trucks anymore. Also, reporting on the shipping information makes it easy for our supervisors and managers to make decisions about the routes. There are several features that make this program very useful, especially when you need an accurate cost estimate before sending out your containers or goods from one place to another. It's easy to use as well! The customer service has been great since I've started using it! Shipping can be confusing at times if there isn't enough information available in regards to shipping rates; however with Ship Sight they have made sure we know what our options are so that we aren't paying more than necessary.

  • Great Customer Service/Helpdesk staff who do not hesitate responding quickly via phone call / chat etc..even after hours!!!!! ) Fantastic Tracking Software System which provides all relevant info needed by truckers &/or shippers alike !!!!! : )

  • Not much room left under account space limit but still adequate
