Review on 🎧 Leitner LH270 – Wireless Office Headset with Microphone for Telephone and Computer – Compatible with Avaya, Yealink, Cisco, VoIP and Majority of Desk Phones and PC’s (USB and Phone Jack) by Ronald Cambridge

I recently worked from home and used 3 different wired headsets, one for mobile, one for landline and one for computer for google and zoom video calls. I had cables everywhere! I started looking for wireless headsets with good reviews that would work with both my computer and my desk phone. (My cell phone coverage at my house is terrible, so I planned on switching my cell phone to a landline during the day). Leitner was the solution to my problems! Now I only need 1 headset and can switch between computer and landline calls. It is lightweight and comfortable, making it easy to wear throughout the day. I usually forget I'm wearing it until I get a call or need to get it done. I also bought a Leitner lift which allows you to answer calls by pressing a button on the headset itself. The jack is a mechanical device that connects to my landline and physically picks up the phone to answer or hangs up to hang up. Together these two devices are the bomb! I now have the freedom to leave my office anywhere in my house (upstairs or downstairs) and answer the phone! I can even sit in the backyard or go to my mailbox and the sound quality is still great! I mean, what's the point of working from home if you have to stay tied to your computer all day? Customer service is also the best! They send candy with your headset and I even got a call from them to check on me and if I had any questions about the functionality of the headset. They really seem to care about customer satisfaction. And the 5-year guarantee is unbeatable! I rarely write reviews but this one was worth the time.
