Review on Park Tool DCW-1 13mm-18mm Double Ended Cone Wrench Kit for Bicycles by Fred Meeks

These are small wrenches designed for working in tight spaces and with low torque. They are not designed for use on pedals. They are intentionally smaller and thinner for use on your axle and wheel bearing nuts. The thinner size works well for the inner bearing nut, and the shorter length prevents you from over-tightening. Using the right tool for the job helps and they are great for their intended purpose. I had another heavier 15mm park cone wrench, but it is 3mm thick instead of 2mm and will not fit the axle's inner bearing nut.
