Review on Qualifio by Eric Surabhi

The easy interface makes it very user friendly not only from an admin perspective but also when creating new survey templates! We have been able solve several customer service related issues as well by using this product with our customers' feedback in mind so we know exactly what they want out there!! Nothing really since I did like all aspects about them except maybe having more options available would make life easier - especially if you are working remotely or managing multiple clients at any given time.- Survey creation is fairly straight forward though could use some help/resources around how many variations per question one should put into each test template before submitting? There isn't anything too major just minor things such us questions being answered differently depending upon your location which was easily fixed once identified through trial & error however nothing significant enough where i couldn’t do something similar myself either way.
