My wife's Toyota RAV4 was sending check engine codes P0442 and P0456 so replaced this part and the codes disappeared. The exchange lasted about an hour. The box is located under the car, where the driver's seat is located. It's covered with a plastic fender that you need to remove first. After removing some bolts (10mm or 11mm IIRC) you can use the vise on the clamps to remove the hoses to remove them. The hardest part is removing the large plastic hose connector that does not come with the new part. So be careful not to break it. I ended up using a pair of flat head screwdrivers to press down on the tabs holding the hose connector so I could remove the old one. It's not that hard, but you have to be careful not to break it because you'll have to reuse this connector. Then just screw everything back in place, clear the codes (or drive long enough for the computer to reset them), and you're done.
