Easy way for documenting projects: Kenesto
The most useful feature is that it allows me to save files in my Dropbox account so I can access them from anywhere. It works well as an online repository of project documentation. The software has some bugs which are difficult to fix but this could be due to the fact that it is still under development. So far, nothing particular stands out. There are no major complaints about the software. This is a good tool to use if you need a place to store your project documents. We use it to store our project documents such as reports, presentations, etc.
