They're great at what they do - fast response time in getting quotes & invoices for our datacenters/colo space (which we use to house servers). The price is reasonable considering their level of service. Easy access from anywhere via VPN or public IP addresses when connected through remote desktop software (like Teamviewer), which makes it easy to troubleshoot if needed. We have been very happy with them so far! Nothing I can think of offhand that would be bad about this provider. Just get all your questions answered up front before signing anything as there are many fine points you need to consider here. Their customer support team seems genuinely interested in making sure customers are satisfied no matter how small an issue might seem like something else that needs attention.
