It still needs to be activated by a locksmith or dealer. But that's not a problem
Must be unlocked by locksmith or dealer. But it's not a problem. But it was a great price and it came with instructions and it really helps but I need to find a locksmith and the last time I bought a locksmith they only did it for a couple bucks or five bucks so it is Worth it because the dealer will charge you about $500 so it's worth it and I recommend it. I recommend that you go online and try to find someone who can do this from home or they can come to you in their car and do it and meet you somewhere because I have done it before. Much luck
