Great experience working in this environment while getting to know what needs are being met by our customers, employees & management team alike! Benefits include good pay scale + great benefits package (401K w/matching) which includes healthcare coverage as well dental insurance after 1 year of employment here - no other place I've been has offered that yet!! Not much aside from some new chairs since we joined almost 2 years ago now but you get more out your paycheck at CS than many places do elsewhere it adds up rather quickly.

Customer service is very responsive also when issues come about within department such like payroll processing etc., there's nothing too big or complex really just makes things easy :) Being able to track all of our daily tasks, meetings as well as billable hours is very useful in this day and age! It's easy to set up an alert if you forget something important or need to send someone else an email that needs attention ASAP!! I wish it could be more user friendly when sending out emails. But overall it does what we needed at the time which was great especially since our team member started using it right away.
