Absolutely unusable product, not suitable for use.

Maximum disappointment. Regular customer. Bought a Samsung A7 tablet. Barely used, in box, perfect condition. After half a year, he simply did not turn on. Passed under warranty. As a result, the conclusion came that the tablet was flooded (nonsense) and removed from the warranty. The box is wrinkled, the tablet is scratched. They handed it over for repair, they said that 100% was not flooded (we knew this ourselves), that the problem was in a defective board. There is no way to fix it, you need a fee, they are hard to find . So now there is a useless device for 19 thousand. Shame on the Messenger for lying.
