I received a roll of newspaper, not butcher paper. For questions/answers, the seller stated: Question: How heavy is the paper? Answer: EcoQuality Butcher Paper has a basis weight of 40 pounds (a measure of paper weight). The reel itself weighs about 20 pounds. It's not 40 pound butcher paper. 2 stars because it arrived quickly and is ok for a roll of newspaper. It's clean and acceptable. But I ordered and expected to receive meat paper. I have contacted the seller and am waiting for a response. Update: I just realized I never updated this. The seller responded quickly and offered to send me another roll. The new roll was the same thickness and weight. I appreciated the quick reply. The seller has changed the information in the ad and in the Q&A section to say it is 40 lb butcher paper. Now he says: Question: How heavy is the paper? Answer: The paper weight is 12 pounds for shipping purpose. By EcoQuality inc SELLER January 22, 2019 This is more accurate as my buns weighed about 11.5 pounds. All in all it was a good paper. . Just not the type originally advertised and a bit more expensive due to the light weight. But the seller reacted quickly, tried to correct and change the wrong information in the ad. I might buy this again when the price drops.
