Review on Long Range Wireless Driveway Alarm by Justin Guldin

I work as a security guard and it was very easy to look away for a moment and the car was parked at the gate without having time to notice. I decided to get one of these and see if it helps. We placed the sensor several hundred meters away and it worked great! Now we have enough warnings when our eyes are not on the gate to give us time to prepare for them when they come. The only problem that started today was when it didn't work. We went and took the sensor to change the batteries. He started to work. We checked and took back the sensor lens. As soon as we put it back in place, it didn't work again. This time we installed fresh batteries. Collected back, only works intermittently. It was 22 degrees Fahrenheit this morning. We think the cold could affect range. Anyone else have problems like this? But overall this is a very good system for the money you are paying.
