I ordered this bag because of the reviews and people said it fits their 11 inch tree. Ours is not very good. Great delivery time with Prime but didn't need it until Christmas. We knew we would need two bags as soon as we opened the first package (we have an 11ft tree that's about 6ft wide at the bottom). I clicked "Continue order" in my order list. We made the mistake of not opening the second package until after we had removed the tree in mid-January. After we had wood in both bags and wanted to take them to the basement I found that the second bag they sent didn't have wheels! A HUGE disappointment as our tree is huge even in two sacks! Since the bag was already packed with lumber, we didn't bother sending it back - we were already furious about bringing down the beast. Last weekend, while cleaning and tidying up the basement, I grabbed the handle on the wheeled bag and foolishly tore off the strap's handle at the bottom. I understand these bags aren't made out of heavy burlap, but seriously. It shouldn't have snapped given the force I used. I assume it was because I took one strap and not both - that's cheap stuff too. I wasn't planning on writing a review about receiving the wrong item but when the other bag ripped it did. This product gets one star for the cheap materials cost me $40 and the disappointment is poof. I just want well made products and the right order.
