The support is great! They have their own team dedicated to our account so that we never miss an update about any changes they're making. Their customer service has been amazing - I've had several issues with my site over the years but always gotten a response within minutes of posting. There's nothing really bad at this point. Honestly it seems like everything you could want from hosting provider is there. If you need help setting up something specific then just ask them directly. It's not hard to set up most things if you know what you're doing, but some things may require more time/knowledge than others. Make sure you understand how much bandwidth you'll be using before signingup. I'm running two sites off one server which makes things run very smoothly.
