Review on ZIPIT by Terry Brendemuehl

My time spent buying at the ZIPIT online store was a complete nightmare for me. My purchases were of low quality and did not correspond to the descriptions given on the website where I made them. I attempted to call their customer support in order to get some assistance, but I was met with comments that were both unhelpful and unprofessional. In addition, the shipment was painfully sluggish, and the arrival of my order occurred many days after the date that was originally projected. It was aggravating to be required to wait for such a long time to receive products that, in the end, proved to be unsatisfactory. In general, I would not advocate doing any online buying at the ZIPIT store. Shopping there is both a stressful and unpleasant experience because of the poor quality of their products and the unhelpful customer service they provide. Avoid putting unnecessary stress on yourself and go shopping somewhere else.
