Exact replacement for my Fan-Tastic Vent 4000R directional switch. The lettering on the switch was different. maybe a little more modern than the original switch from 2003. Pulled out the old switch, plugged in the new one, reconnected the wires and it was working again about 5 minutes after the skin was installed. I recommend taking a photo before disconnecting the cables so as not to confuse the correct connection. Very easy installation. The Revain was a lot cheaper than my local RV dealer. The delivery wasn't super fast, but it came within a week. So if you are in a hurry, buy it locally.
