UPDATE 05/30- Kryptonite asked for a photo of the damage which I sent. They immediately sent me a new lock and sent me a UPS label to send the damaged one back. All during Covid-Crazy! First class service, nice to get it these days. UPDATE 15.05. Tighten the slotted screw with the included wrench and the screw has been removed. Later, on my first ride with the shackle installed, the wedges came loose, the lock twisted in the bracket and rubbed against the rear tire, damaging the shackle cover down to the metal. Passes the ticket, I think I'll see what they say. This is a monstrous castle. Difficult if that's important to you. The actuation of the key and bolt is smooth as silk. The only downside is the bracket, I'm afraid the lock is heavy enough to break if I hit a curb or other hard hit. The time will show. It would also be nice if the mount was designed to be moved around, as cutting the rubber and strap at that size will get you stuck. But the castle itself is great, 5 stars!
