I like the concept of using gamification as well as rewards programs for our team members. It makes it easy for them to become more engaged in their jobs! However, some of the things are difficult to use at times. For example, when you have problems or issues within your own department/team there isn't an option to send out emails directly from PACT. This can be frustrating if someone has an issue that needs help right away but they're not able to contact anyone else about it until after hours. We've also had trouble getting people who aren't familiar with how PACT works to learn all the features. So far we haven't seen any major benefits yet. The main benefit so far is just knowing what's going on throughout the day in my department (we used to know nothing).
