I have a 2017 GMC Terrain Denali, White Frost 6 cylinder powertrain. Engine . I don't really see much on the road but still wanted to black out the GMC badges. I didn't want to dye them or plasti dip them. It wasn't the look I wanted. I bought 2 sets in case I need additional supplies. My emblems are not smooth but there are grooves on the red part. Be sure to clean the letters with rubbing alcohol to remove the wax etc. The process is actually quite simple, just take your time and use a sharp knife as the rounded edges of the letters 'G' and 'C' are the most difficult. The carbon looks good enough and the decal material is of good quality. It really changed the look of the terrain, especially the front end. Definitely worth the price.
