I had this bag for about a week and I love the storage in this bag! I needed an upgrade on the size of my bag. There is a smell when you get the bag but I just threw some dryer sheets in the bag and let it air out for a few days; smell is gone now. I am going to give 4 stars for now bc I don’t know how durable it is yet. I also don’t like the side zippers. I feel like it’s pointless because I had issues with the side zippers and had to return the purse and get a new one. The costumer service for the return was great and got a new one in 2 days.
