The carpet nozzle doesn't stay in the base as shown on the packaging, it just sits there and falls out at the slightest impact. I don't know how many vacuums I've had that have lost their attachments, so I was a little disappointed that the carpet cleaning attachment that came with it didn't latch securely into the docking station as shown in the picture. It's a bit annoying though, overall the vacuum cleaner has made a pretty cool impression so far. If it came with an extra battery and this mount wasn't so easy to lose I would give it 5 stars.
