This set is amazing. I cook fermented vegetables all the time, but I've never had a wine glass or lid that's so easy to use. The spatula is perfect for filling glasses tightly (no joint pain). Glass weights keep everything in place and silicone lids are easy to put on when you're done and are held in place with a stone glass rim (not included). I used to be fine with what I had, but this makes it easier to ferment in jars all the time. The set is packaged nicely and neatly and I simply placed the foam from the box straight into the kitchen drawer to keep the pieces in place when not in use. I am impressed. I spent more than the cost of this set on two fermentation lids that are cumbersome to use and store. Clear instructions for use and storage. Excellent work!
