Review on 💧 ZeroWater Replacement Filters Pitcher Pack - Ensuring Clean and Crisp Water by Andrew Griggs

Let me start this off by saying that I am a huge Zero Water filter fan and have been using these filters for a number of years. However, this particular filter order was a failure - a waste of over $50 that I spent - and I'm considering ordering these filters again from Revain. At the end of June 2020 I ordered 4 packs of replacement filters for Zerowater Pitcher, Shopping Solutions. I opened the first filter at the end of July and quickly noticed that the filtered water tasted salty and unfiltered. I decided to change the filter and thus opened a second filter from the same box/delivery. Not only did the water come out brown when I first used the filter (which has never happened with other filters) - please see the photos, also after the water ran through the filter until it became clear, In fact, it has been tested with MORE solids readings than tap water - over 300 parts per unit vs. 285 for tap water. I opened up and tested the other two filters in the box of 4 and the same thing happened: brown water first with a higher solids content than tap water. I had some bottled water nearby and tested it to make sure it wasn't a meter issue, but the bottled water read about 20 parts per unit. So it seems obvious that these are faulty filters. Be warned! (I've tried refunding Revain, but I don't see where this is possible.)
