I bought this computer about a month and a half ago, didn't open it right away as we've moved. So it stayed in the box until about 2 weeks ago, safely stowed away. It's a nice computer, but it suddenly stopped working. There are no children in the house, so nobody interfered at all. So I called Dell and they said a technician would come and replace the hardware. Shortly thereafter, I received an e-mail that the hardware would not be available until the end of September. I called Dell again and told them this was totally unacceptable. I have been told that if the equipment is not available by September I will get a new computer in 3-4 days. Since then I have received an email saying I will be receiving a refurbished computer which I emailed them to say this is totally unacceptable as I paid over Β£1500 for this computer and a refurbished computer will not accept. I asked for a new one or my money back. I look forward to the result. I will update my review at this time.
