Worked great! The first grind of 25 pounds of venison took 5 minutes. The second polish took 10 minutes. 25 pound chopsticks made with a set of chopsticks. I smoked them on my smoker for 3 hours and everyone I gave them to couldn't believe how good they are! I made a batch with 20% added pork fat and it only made a small difference. From now on I only use 100% venison. Sanding was effortless, cleaning was easy
