Not bad, but overpriced. The putting surface is a thicker, higher quality composite material that lays down easier without the waves of the older model. But two separate purchases revealed permanent creases in the masonry surface rendering the item unusable. It seems that the new and improved thicker mat is more prone to wrinkling when put into the plastic guide box during packing. Simple fix, but someone needs to report it to the factory. I returned the worst one and fluffed up the synthetic bristles as best I could with a hair dryer.
