I bought this as a Christmas present for my husband who is an avid golfer. He was so excited to use it, but once he unrolled it, the mat was so crumpled from the packaging that he couldn't use it. We leave it for a few days to smooth out the wrinkles, but nothing. They tried to put heavy books in the folds, even iron them on low heat - nothing. It's useless for any kind of surrender. I'm sorry it was a failure!

Not bad, but overpriced. The putting surface is a thicker, higher quality composite material that lays down easier without the waves of the older model. But two separate purchases revealed permanent creases in the masonry surface rendering the item unusable. It seems that the new and improved thicker mat is more prone to wrinkling when put into the plastic guide box during packing. Simple fix, but someone needs to report it to the factory.
