Review on 🔪 Effortless Precision: OXO Good Grips Simple Mandoline Slicer by Debbie Daly

Should have bought mandolin many years ago. This made slicing onions for french onion soup very quick. Have also used it for slicing apples for fries and cucumbers for salad. I love that it's all one piece so I don't have to worry about extra blades around the house and it's very easy to change blade widths. For now I've mostly used 1/16 width, but I'm sure the rest will be perfect. What I don't like is that the carrot turned orange after cutting. Oxo should use a higher quality stain resistant plastic. Cost reduction at its finest.
