I bought this smartphone in Amazon on 09/19/22 instead of the broken Honor 8X, if it has advantages, then all of them are minus a very bad battery. which, even at the slightest load, begins to quickly lose charging percentages, and even with the power saving mode on, bluetooth, jps, 5g and mobile data turned off, it’s just that this is a feature of this Samsung model, or the battery is defective. The previous phone with a much smaller battery capacity and a higher load was discharged much more slowly, I understand that the Samsung has a more powerful processor and camera, but with a declared battery capacity of 5000 mA, such a rapid discharge even under gentle conditions of use spoils the whole impression of the purchase. I also don’t like that it has a combined slot for a memory card and a SIM, although the consultant in the store assured me that there are three slots, 2 for a SIM and a separate one for a memory card, at home I already realized that they had simply deceived me when I installed 2 SIM cards, you also need to buy charger separately. All in all, I am very disappointed with this phone.
