I have long wanted this bandurina, but there were no suitable processors, and it was expensive, but then I came across a price of 3k and still decided to take 11600kf for the new one, but the music didn’t play for a long time, but I had to dance. In general, I brought new clothes home and started assembling, ran a stress test in Hades and immediately saw throttling, generally instantly, as if there was no cooler, although in idle time it was quite normal 35-45 degrees and the cooler itself was cold, that is, it cooled like a box cooler. Of course, when I bought 11600k, I knew that it was hot, but a 125-watt tdp can’t do without overclocking, immediately take the percentage to throttling, with such a cooler, my FX8350 ate 200 watts in overclocking and heated up to 70 under the Zalman CNPS10X Performa tower, and here the cooler is 2 times larger and immediately 100 degrees, well, okay, I thought, then something was wrong, I started looking, but everything was fine, the turbo boost works as it should at a load of up to 4.9 GHz in idle, it drops, the voltage is normal, consumption is not higher than 125 watts. As a result, having spent the whole day, I decided to disassemble it and replace the thermal paste from kpt8 with the one that came with the cooler, yes, it sounds like nonsense, because kpt 8 is a normal paste and because of the paste there cannot be such an effect, nevertheless, disassembled, smeared another paste and assembled and the pace became around 90 in the stress test and there was no throttling anymore, what the hell was it, it’s not clear, the cooler stood straight, when disassembling the contact patch was also normal, and then I smeared the thermal paste evenly over the cover of the processor , and then he simply squeezed out the other one and crushed it with a cooler, but all this should not have affected it in any way, if it somehow stood up crookedly or something. As a result, it doesn’t get very hot in games, I didn’t see it above 65 in cyberpunk on fulks. So it's a cool cooler, but for 11600k and higher it's rather small. The declared TDP, despite its dimensions, seems like a complete lie, it’s not 250 watts at all, and yes, my case is quite ventilated, although it’s old (old, but not useless) with two turntables on top and two in front (yes, I drove a ficus, I rummage))) ) and in general it was open.
