Couldn’t insert one leg roller

I wrote the seller about a problem & never received a response. One of the wheels will not go into the leg. We have to prop the leg on a rock to provide stability. Also, our parrot does not like to use the ladders on the top of the cage. The metal wrungs are very narrow & appear to bother him. We are disappointed.

It’s like a new play ground.Easy to put together with directions and very easy to clean.
