Review on External NOLYTH MacBook Windows Protactive by Carl Watkins

I have only had the device for 2 days, so I cannot guarantee its reliability. Initially it was not recognized by my MacBook Air (New, Mojave). I've performed all the procedures outlined in the instructions that came with the device, but to no avail. I sent a "Help" email. The seller responded within 3 hours with a more detailed description of the problem. Saturday no less! As it turned out, I got the device working before I got her reply. My steps consisted of unplugging the power cord and computer connection from the back of the DVR. When reconnected, the device worked. This was not suggested in the instruction manual nor in their email reply.
