Review on πŸ”Œ Questech Single Decorative Wall Plate, Screwless Switch Plate with Hidden Screws, Outlet Cover, Brushed Nickel Finish by Jeffrey Shatzel

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Cast resin, painted in metal look. break easily.

It is not obvious that this is a two piece panel. The decorative cover plate is held in place by magnets. The top plate is not metal. This is a plaster-like composite painted to look like metal (which is pretty convincing) that on impact and magnets will drop the panel to the ground, break it into four or five pieces that you'll try to stick back, but it will look terrible. and because you tried to do something for the show, you will throw it away in desperation. The first panel below the one you see is black plastic. It's not really going to look terrible, and you won't be replacing it after breaking the top painted metal plate. I only have an idea. Oh, and if your wall surface isn't perfectly flat, like if it's brick, masonry, drywall, drywall, wood, or some other material, walls usually consist of a top plate that doesn't lay flat on the back plate. If your walls are glass, this should be fine. As long as there are no mirrors, in which case the reflection of the inside of your back will make you miserable.
