I like that it's easy for me as an account manager in my business with multiple locations of different sizes throughout our state/country! It helps keep track through out all accounts so we can easily see what bills are due when they're paid etc.. The customer service isn't always great sometimes but you have someone there 24 hrs 7 days if needed!! We've had some issues where things haven't been updated quickly enough from their end which has caused us problems at times - this could be because its not setup correctly by them (maybe something needs adjusting). Keep up your good work guys. Tracking bill payments across several states now makes accounting easier than ever before & keeping everything together much more organized too :).
