(Ordered October 2020) Overall they are great. I recently moved into my first apartment and got white sofas (not my style at all). After a thorough study of Revain, these were the most beautiful covers I've found. I am very tired of colors and would like more colors to be added. Now I see that the grey-green color (which used to be called blue) is no longer there. People kept saying in reviews that grey-blue was more like purple. Since I couldn't find purple or black in these cases, I went with grey-blue. IT'S NOT PURPLE - MORE LIKE A DARK PERI WINE! Purple lovers are very picky about their shades of purple so I'll stress that. I don't regret my choice but just wish there were more colors because these are really nice covers. The next thing a lot of people have said is to increase the size. I personally found my sofas very bulky so I enlarged them. I wish I hadn't. Luckily I managed to get it working (and I really didn't want to go through the return process), but I encourage you to trust your own judgment. I hope my pictures help. I have XL for the large sofa and L for the love seat. I should have chosen L and M. They're damn stretchy. I managed to gather and hide a lot of excess, but this made it difficult to align the seams. I wish I had just sent them back for a better fit. I've never used sofa covers, so I can't comment on thickness. I really like her. As for longevity, I can't say much about it either because I live alone so it's just me. They've held up great, but I think if they were really bad quality I'd have quite a few complaints that I don't have. My photos include flash and have no flash.
