I definitely recommend buying, I didnt notice any disadvantages.

If you are for beauty, then this is your choice undoubtedly, so you will have to pay a good amount. If you are interested in the quality of cooling, then there are more interesting options. But in general, for 9900k with overclocking, only custom water, because as soon as you touch the settings, the tdp of the processor immediately jumps over 95w and even three-section factory water will not save there (5Ghz for each core for example).

Pros

Beautiful lighting, easily copes with 9900k in stock without any overclocking and dancing with a tambourine under normal operating conditions, and not in any load tests to the limit, I have nothing to load 9900k in real conditions, so I’m happy with the cooling like an elephant.

Cons

I would like a copper radiator, not aluminum. Price, for such a price there are better options for the factory LSS that can be serviced, for example, but all this is in the furnace, because I like the aesthetically beautiful backlight, which I compared with the asus LSS, in my opinion the NZXT mirror looks more impressive than the braking screen with huge pixels from asus, although I'm almost a fan of ROG products.
