I bought these a while back for a project that didn't work out in the end (I didn't need the grommets after all). I kept them because I thought they might be useful for another project at a later date. It got late tonight and those pliers didn't work well. The part that was supposed to cut couldn't even cut through cheap sheet metal. He managed to tear the fabric, leaving a hole too big for the grommet, which now needs to be repaired. On a positive note, the eyelet part seems to work, but requires more pressure than my little hands can handle. I wish I had tried them when returning the window.
