Review on Harvard ManageMentor (HMM) by Michael Powell

I love how it allows for self reflection, personal development is very important in today's world especially when working as well! This program can be used by any person from interns going up all way through managers if needed!! Nothing really at this time. Be open minded there are many areas of study you may have never thought about doing or being interested now due its great benefits. ! The ability to create courses in very short time, the ability to have a lot of pre-made templates, the possibility to add your own material so that you can customize them as needed. I think I would like it better if there were more templates for different topics or subjects, but this is nitpicking. The support is great and they are always willing to help out. We use HMM for our management training sessions and we use it for all kinds of organizational development activities. It's also very easy to use.
