This dress got me out of a bind for a next day work event and I ordered it by just considering the bust measurements on their size chart (XL). As an apple shape, 5’4, 195ish lbs., it is quite hard to find flattering dresses and was pleasantly surprised it had the right give in all the right places. Stretchy fabrics are an apple shape’s enemy but the material, was not the typical stretch rather a delightful soft cotton. Even though our event had broken AC issues and I perspired like a pig, no hint of odor was released by the fabric. Got lots of compliments on the dress and this purchase was just a win-win situation. Oh and of course, pockets!
- Wore to a funeral with heels, I’ve also worn with sneakers for brunch.
