Review on White Philips HR2370/05 Compact Pasta and Noodle Maker - 3 Interchangeable Pasta Shape Plates by Ebony Brown

Compact but durable and powerful! Best buy ever!

I just love this car. I really wanted a pasta maker, but we have a small kitchen and move often (military). Another big device would mean constant shuffling. It fits in the oddly thin cabinet of most ovens. It's perfect. Fast: Noodles are ready when the water boils. Strong: This little guy hits. I've had it for over two years with almost weekly use and it hasn't slowed down at all. Versital: The pasta machine sounds like a one-trick pony, but making soba and ramen was awesome. I seasoned the pasta and reshaped it for variety. We're not full yet and fresh pasta is simply superior to canned pasta. Things to remember: Follow these measurements and DO NOT lose those little cups. For this reason I keep mine in the car. Too wet and you'll have to hand roll that dough as it won't reach the extruder. A little too dry and it's a mess. Wash it off immediately. Not necessarily, but easier than cementing a small piece of dough somewhere. I'm very picky about cleaning and that's enough to get it REALLY clean. No nooks and crannies to reach with a brush. A double serving is enough for two sensible adults. Sometimes my husband will add another batch after the first is done. Freeze the excess. This works better than in the fridge. I'm sure there's a reason, but I don't know. No need to dry, just throw in some flour and gently slide it into the zipper.
