Removing the old strap and installing the new one was fairly easy. It fits my head and suitcase very well and makes it much easier to put on for someone else. The center strap is perfectly normal, but my wife is good with a needle and thread, so I asked her to cut a better quality center strap out of an Oculus headpiece, replace it, and sew it onto a new Revain headpiece. Now I have everything I want. The dial on the back is great and makes it easy to turn on and off and adjust the size. My only complaint is the price. No way is this thing worth $35 when you see what comes in the box. But like I said, it works and works well. Much better than the standard Oculus strap. So in the end if I didn't want it and thought it would be too expensive,
