I cannot fault this grill. It's the perfect size, cleaning couldn't be easier. I grill at least 4-5 times a week, 52 weeks a year. I'm rebuilding the patio, my BBQ was on its last legs and the weather was delaying construction so I had nowhere to cook. fried meat is terrible. I bought this grill based on its positive reviews and couldn't be happier grilling than I am. I can certainly tell the difference, but the difference is so small it's not worth mentioning. My wife can't say where I cooked what. This grill works so well I don't think I would light my outdoor grill unless I'm cooking for large groups to cook on. When I'm done cooking, I rinse off the grill grate, soak it in soapy water during the meal, rinse it off, and replace it for the next meal. I run like a champ Aside from cleaning the grill surface every time and the hood every few times, it's very easy. To be honest I use this grill at least twice a week so this has to be one of my best buys.
