Water Coolers PB120 AIO

Not bad for the money. It seems similar to nzxt m22 but without RGB. I use it in my mini-ITX case and it fits great. I needed a low profile processor unit so I bought this. It's in my Media Center build (nothing special in terms of performance). The rig hits 78 seconds under heavy load (much higher than I'm comfortable with) and runs for about 46 seconds on desktop. The fan is controlled by the motherboard based on the temperature of the CPU, with the profile set to silent mode. I used a 4 pin Molex adapter in the pump. The idle fan is quiet, but not silent. It's noticeably louder under load than we'd like, but that's acceptable. Installing the water block was the most difficult I have ever installed. I installed a Corsair AIO and built several open loop systems. I've also installed a lot of radiators and I would say this water block installation was in my top 3 worst. Conclusion: Cools well enough for a processor with a lower TDP. The fan can get a bit noisy at maximum speed. The CPU block is more difficult to install than some other AIOs or even some heatsinks. I like the rotating water faucets and the flat block. This is a simple, no-frills setup. If you want a low-profile block and pivoting hardware for a low-power processor, then get this one. If not, then consider other options in a similar price range. Update: 1 year used and the computer works almost 24/7. AIO still works great. The noise level has not changed, there are no leaks, temperatures have not risen. I blew the radiator several times and cleaned the fan from dust and fur. I am still happy with my purchase.
