Only gave 4 stars because she hasn't slept in it yet. BUT I bought them for my toddler. She's been wearing the same earrings and back since she got her ears pierced 2 years ago. I clean and rotate them regularly, but I noticed that the earring was no longer directly on the back of the butterfly, so I couldn't remove the back. I wanted a back like this and couldn't be happier! It fits perfectly and seems to sit right there! Came back to update my review: my little one never ruins her earrings, she wore them for 2-3 days, one stayed and the other fell off. I ordered a second pair and one fell off again.
