I typically advise my clients to do their research before making any purchases as a life coach, however I recently had a negative experience with Rode Online Store. The website has an incredible selection of products, however I found the search function to be inconsistent and frequently produce inaccurate results. In addition, I wasn't pleased with the Rode NT1-A microphone's build quality. The sound was weak, and it seemed to have been cheaply made. When I phoned their customer care department to ask for a refund, their agents were inept and uncaring. Furthermore, the item arrived broken owing to poor wrapping and the shipping process was delayed. Overall, I wouldn't advise anyone looking for high-quality musical instruments and accessories to shop at Rode Online Store. The products are of poor quality, the website's search engine is unstable, and the customer support could be much better.
